Introduction

TrackShot ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by DAXT B.V. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TrackShot handles your information.

We built TrackShot with a privacy-first approach. Your health data belongs to you, and we've designed the app so that it stays that way.

Data Storage

All data you enter into TrackShot — including medication logs, weight entries, wellbeing journal entries, and progress photos — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers.

iCloud Sync

TrackShot offers optional iCloud sync so you can keep your data backed up and in sync across your Apple devices. When enabled:

• Your data is synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure
• iCloud sync is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policies
• We do not operate any servers that receive or store your synced data
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's settings

Analytics

TrackShot uses Mixpanel for anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. This includes:

• Anonymous usage events (e.g., which features are used, screen views)
• Device type and OS version
• App version

Mixpanel analytics do not collect:

• Your name, email, or any personal identifying information
• Your health data, medication logs, or journal entries
• Your location

All analytics data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Personal Data Collection

TrackShot does not collect any personal data. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. You can use the app without creating an account.

Cookies and Tracking

TrackShot does not use cookies, web trackers, or advertising identifiers. There are no ads in the app, and we do not share any data with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

Apple Health Integration

TrackShot can optionally read and write weight data from Apple Health. This integration:

• Requires your explicit permission before accessing any Health data
• Only accesses the specific data types you approve
• Does not transmit Health data outside your device
• Can be revoked at any time via iOS Settings > Health > TrackShot

Subscriptions

TrackShot+ subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Subscription management, billing, and receipts are handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

TrackShot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us so we can address any concerns.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete all TrackShot data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete All Data" option in the app's settings
• Deleting the app from your device

If iCloud sync is enabled, deleting data in the app will also remove it from iCloud.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
