TrackShot supports all major GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications:

Each medication has tailored effect cycle data and blood level modeling specific to its active ingredient.

Yes. All your health data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your medication logs, weight data, journal entries, or progress photos. There are no ads, no third-party trackers, and no data selling.

Optional iCloud sync is handled entirely by Apple. We use Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics only (no personal or health data is collected). Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

After each injection, your medication goes through distinct phases: Activation (drug levels are rising), Peak (maximum effect), and Winding Down (drug levels declining before your next dose).

TrackShot shows you which phase you're currently in and provides tailored tips for each phase — such as when appetite suppression is strongest, when to expect side effects to ease, and when to plan your next injection.

The timing is based on pharmacokinetic data specific to your medication's active ingredient.

TrackShot+ subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find TrackShot and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll keep access to TrackShot+ features until the end of your current billing period. You can re-subscribe at any time.

TrackShot can read and write weight data from Apple Health. To enable this:

1. Open TrackShot and go to Settings
2. Tap Apple Health
3. Grant permission to read/write weight data

Once connected, your weight entries will sync automatically. You can manage permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Health > TrackShot.
